Accessibility

The Exhibition centre and the Jean Schaub Museum are equipped with a lowered counter for persons on wheelchairs. The reception staff is there to guide you and inform you on the accessibility of the site, the equipment put at your disposal and give you documents to assist you in the tour.
Access to the Park is free for disabled persons and an attendant upon presentation of an appropriate document at the reception of the site.

A wheelchair is available at the Bliesbruck Exhibition centre, the reception of the Jean Schaub Museum and at the Tomb of the Princess in Reinheim. They can be provided to disabled persons for the duration of their visit, upon request from the reception staff.
Exhibitions located at the Resources and Exhibition centre, the thermal baths and the Jean Schaub Museum are wheelchair accessible. Only the exhibition located on the upper floors of the tavern are not accessible.
Movement by wheelchair on the site requires the help of an attendant. The paths leading to the various tour sites are indeed uneven (dirt roads, rocks, inclined bridges) and there are sometimes long distances to cover.
However, the wheel chair at the Bliesbruck Exhibition centre is equipped with a removable 3rd wheel which eases movement and allows the user to visit almost the entire site. The interior of the houses of the East and West quarters (blocked by stone walls) and a path overlooking the Gallo-Roman villa (too many stones), however, remain inaccessible.

Guided tours of the site are envisaged for individual visitors. Visitors with reduced mobility may follow them but it is preferable to call before your arrival so that the Visitor's Department can adapt the trail to suit your needs.
